HR Administrator
An excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to join a collaborative and supportive HR team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career, whether they have gained up to six months of HR experience or have a strong administration background and are looking to take their first step into Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries and manage HR inboxes.
- Draft employee correspondence, including contracts, offer letters, employment-related letters and emails.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Set up new starters on HR systems and coordinate onboarding activities with relevant departments.
- Support recruitment activities, including liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, coordinating diaries and organising assessments or exercises.
- Monitor probation periods and arrange probation review meetings.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure all electronic and paper-based files are kept up to date.
- Support the annual appraisal process, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate and administer annual employee screening processes.
- Draft updates and amendments to employee handbooks and related documentation.
- Maintain company organisational charts and ensure internal employee information systems remain up to date.
- Provide administrative support on HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist the wider HR team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Up to 6 months administration experience within a professional office environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Positive, proactive and flexible approach to work
- An interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Currently studying towards, or planning to undertake, a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
- Experience working with HR systems or databases.
- Understanding of basic HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
