  • Lead end‑to‑end Compensation and Variable Pay implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Advise clients on best‑practice reward processes, ensuring alignment with market standards, governance, compliance, and scalable global operating models.
  • Support presales and solution shaping, contributing to RFP responses, scoping, estimation, solution architecture, and delivering compelling demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑module teams, ensuring seamless integration of Compensation and Variable Pay with modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Talent, and Payroll.
  • Conduct data modelling and validation activities, ensuring accurate compensation cycles and incentive calculations across diverse populations.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to HR, Reward, and business leaders, while supporting the continuous improvement of compensation processes.

Your skills and experience

  • Hands‑on delivery experience across at least 3–4 end‑to‑end SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay implementations, ideally in multi‑country or complex reward environments.
  • Deep configuration expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay, including templates, guidelines, lookup tables, business rules, eligibility rules, modelling, budgets, and calculation logic.
  • Strong understanding of global reward and compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus plans, pay‑for‑performance, and reward governance.
  • Experience working with integrations, especially with Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll systems to ensure accurate data flow and incentive calculations.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, comfortable working with complex calculation rules, reward models, and large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of translating reward concepts and system behaviour for HR and Reward leaders.
  • Passion for consulting excellence, knowledge‑sharing, and continuous improvement, including mentoring and developing other consultants.
  • Exposure to complementary SAP experience technologies (e.g., SAP Work Zone, Qualtrics) considered beneficial.
