Your new role
As the Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory obligations across its Lloyd’s and London Market operations. Working closely with the CEO, you will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting with regulatory reporting, maintaining compliance registers, supporting internal audits, and helping to embed a strong culture of governance across the business. This is an office-based role for three to four days per week in London, offering both structure and flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with the leadership team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring a solid understanding of FCA regulations and ideally some exposure to the Lloyd’s or London Market environment. You may already be working in a compliance role or looking to step up from an assistant-level position. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders will be essential.
