Assistant Bar Manager
About this role
My client is looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at a luxury destination restaurant and cocktail lounge in the heart of Mayfair. This is a lively, high-profile venue with a focus on creative, beautifully made cocktails and outstanding service.
You’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to run the day-to-day operation, leading a team of 5 behind the bar and making sure every drink leaves the pass looking and tasting its best. It’s a great role for someone who loves being hands-on during service and has the confidence to manage and motivate a team.
They’re happy to consider experienced Assistant Bar Managers, or ambitious Head Bartenders and Bar Supervisors who are ready to step up.
About You
- Experience in high-end, cocktail-led bars or destination venues
- Confident leading a small team during busy shifts
- Well-presented, well-spoken, and comfortable engaging with guests
- A steady, progressive background in quality hospitality operations
- Commercial awareness and a passion for great drinks and service
