Director AI reward transformation

A leading global bank is seeking a Director, AI Reward Transformation & Workforce Strategy to help shape how reward evolves in an AI-enabled workforce.

Partnering with HR, Finance, Technology and business leaders, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on the impact of AI on workforce productivity, skills, job architecture, incentives and future reward frameworks. You will help design innovative approaches that ensure reward supports talent attraction, retention and organisational transformation in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven reward and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Develop reward strategies aligned to evolving workforce and skills requirements.
• Design compensation frameworks for emerging AI, data and technology talent.
• Advise executives on workforce productivity, skills-based pay and future workforce economics.
• Drive job architecture, career framework and pay transparency programmes.
• Utilise people analytics and AI-enabled insights to inform reward decisions.
• Partner across HR, Technology, Finance and Transformation functions.

Key Requirements

• Significant reward, workforce strategy or people consulting experience.
• Expertise in compensation, incentives, workforce planning or organisational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of AI's impact on jobs, skills and workforce structures.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
