Account Manager, Commuter Belt South
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Commuter Belt South team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us cultivate existing relationships with top restaurant partners and leverage data insights to maximise their online sales and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Regional UK and Ireland team. The U.K. & Ireland are our domestic and most mature markets, where our commercial experts manage relationships with the most exciting restaurants across local regions to drive marketplace performance.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Grow restaurant partnerships: Maintain and expand commercial relationships with top restaurant partners across the Commuter Belt South region through regular face-to-face and remote consultation.
Optimise commercial performance: Analyse operational data and industry trends to advise partners on driving higher order volumes and accelerating growth through Deliveroo.
Commercial negotiation: Lead commercial discussions to successfully negotiate and renew high-value partner contracts and terms.
Drive operational efficiency: Partner with internal restaurant and rider operations teams to streamline regional delivery performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Act as a local market expert: Serve as the strategic face of Deliveroo within your assigned territory, travelling across commuter towns from Guildford and Surrey to Bexleyheath and Dartford to unlock market opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven relationship management: Significant experience managing accounts or cultivating impactful business-to-business relationships.
Commercial and data acumen: Strong financial awareness with the ability to interpret data sets to identify growth trends and influence partner decisions.
Strategic communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of handling partner negotiations confidently.
Autonomy and adaptability: A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently, organise your time effectively, and thrive whilst being out on the road meeting partners.
Target-driven focus: A results-orientated approach with a proven ability to achieve growth targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Nice to Have
Multilingual capabilities: Additional language skills are highly valued, particularly proficiency in Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, or Bahasa/Malay.
Fast-paced sector experience: Prior experience working within a dynamic, high-growth technology or commercial company.
