We’re partnering with a globally recognised FMCG business to hire a Supply Planner into their EMEA operations team. This is a critical role focused on ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, while balancing service levels and inventory efficiency.

The Business

This is a high-growth, internationally recognised brand operating across multiple regions, with a strong presence throughout EMEA.

This role requires someone who is comfortable operating at pace, making decisions, and continuously improving planning accuracy and processes.

  • Continuously review inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock holding while maintaining service levels.
  • Support product launches and lifecycle changes, including phase-in and phase-out activity.
  • Maintain accurate planning data within systems, ensuring reliability of outputs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with business priorities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and investigate root causes of supply or inventory issues.
  • Drive improvements across planning processes and supplier performance.

  • Familiarity with planning systems such as SAP (e.g. APO, IBP) is beneficial
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical approach
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demand
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working across teams and functions
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of ownership and accountability
