Salary: £40,000

Our client, a reputable organisation in the property management sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Block Manager to join their team in the Beckenham area! This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about property management and keen to make a positive impact in the community.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Property Block Manager or in a similar role within property management
• Block Man system experience is desirable
• Experience and ability managing the full block management responsibilities in a smaller team

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring that properties are well maintained and meet high standards
• Liaise with tenants and leaseholders, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent customer service
• Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works, collaborating with contractors and service providers to deliver timely solutions
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare and attend residents' meetings, facilitating communication between stakeholders and fostering a sense of community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
