Are you ready to make an impact in the world of data-driven decision intelligence? We're looking for a skilled Quantexa Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in enhancing our Corporate Governance and Compliance processes through the power of the Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform

As a Quantexa Data Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation within our compliance programs. Your mission will be to improve and maintain the Quantexa platform by:

• Enhancing and optimizing scores, scorecards, and task lists
• Reducing false positives to increase investigation efficiency
• Designing and implementing new data models and logic within Quantexa
• Supporting junior engineers through mentorship and knowledge sharing

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Digital & IT, becoming the go-to expert for all things Quantexa.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing compliance programs to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions in the Quantexa platform
• Identify ways to improve alert investigation processes and implement enhancements
• Build fault-tolerant, efficient scoring systems that improve decision-making capabilities
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear insights for non-technical teams
• Act as the main liaison with the Digital & IT department for Quantexa platform operations
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance through close coordination with IT

Requirements

• Quantexa Certified Data Engineer
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Proficiency in Python is a plus
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55.000- 60.000 per annum dependent on experience and a car allowance of £7,611 per annum.
