Bids Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support small and mid-sized bids and pitch presentations.
- Prepare and update team sheets, CVs, and biographies.
- Collate, format, and maintain experience statements.
- Coordinate and maintain standard bid content and materials.
- Ensure experience is accurately captured, tagged and searchable.
- Maintain and improve bid templates.
- Ensure all final materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Bids Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
- A keen interest in developing a career in bids, business development, or marketing
- An interest in technology, content management, and the role of AI in improving business development, marketing, and bid processes
- Previous experience in an administrative, marketing or business development role, is beneficial but not essential
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
