Patent Secretary - c£48,000+ (London/Hybrid)
We are recruiting for a Patent Secretary to join a growing IP law firm in London on a full-time, permanent basis. With 2 days per week in the office, remainder from home.
This is an opportunity for someone with Patent Secretarial experience to take on a varied role supporting patent professionals in a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing client correspondence and amending patent documents.
- Assisting with new patent applications and official forms.
- Monitoring deadlines and keeping fee earners updated.
- Using online patent filing systems and databases.
- Supporting billing, invoicing and general administration.
- Preparing reports and documents for hearings and meetings.
