What you’ll do 

As an  Implementation Consultant Associate , you’ll:

• Support payroll system setup, data migration, and testing (including parallel payroll runs).
• Help onboard new clients, working closely with our Implementation team.
• Create process documents and handover materials.
• Manage parts of projects, prioritising tasks as client needs shift.
• Provide support to colleagues and customers by phone and online.

OR  as a  Migration Consultant Associate,  you'll:

• Support customers transitioning from IRIS desktop accountancy products to cloud-based solutions.
• Prepare, validate, and migrate client data, ensuring a smooth and accurate transfer..
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver effective migrations and training.
• Manage parts of migration projects, adapting to evolving client needs and timelines.
• Provide assistance to colleagues and customers, maintaining strong accountancy and payroll knowledge.
