Senior HR Business Partner - 12 month FTC
Milton Keynes and London - 3 days a week in office
c. £120,000 plus package
Middlemore are currently partnering with a leading financial services organisation who are on an exciting transformation journey. At the heart of this evolution are its people. The organisation is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the CEO for the corporate banking division, driving a people strategy that enables high performance, strong leadership, and an empowered culture.
The Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people priorities with business goals. You’ll influence organisational design, shape transformation delivery, and embed long‑term strategies around talent, culture, and performance.
You will:
- Partner with senior executives to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Coach and influence ExCo‑level leaders to foster capability, collaboration, and a high‑performance culture.
- Provide strategic input into transformation and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with workforce planning.
- Lead talent strategy and succession planning to attract, retain, and develop future leaders.
- Use data and insight to drive decisions and track successful people outcomes.
- Champion engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing within the workforce.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven business partnering experience within large, complex Finanical Services organisations.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills at executive level.
- Analytical mindset with experience using people data and insights to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated agility, commercial awareness, and customer focus.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with a passion for driving cultural and organisational growth.
