An established infrastructure development company specializing in rail system improvement seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead contractual management for Civil Examination projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to move up quickly to Head of Delivery or Director roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Management: Ensure efficient subcontractor performance on railway projects, focusing on quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Handle all aspects of contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, change orders, and other legal documentation related to rail examination projects.
• Budget Oversight: Collaborate with finance teams to monitor budgets, manage expenditures, and forecast impacts of contractual adjustments.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with terms, performance standards, and deliverables by all parties.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in contract management within transportation and infrastructure, with a focus on civil examination projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Civil Examination and Lineside Access regulations.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
