Surveying and Field Data Collection Specialists
Join Our Construction Team!
We’re seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our regional Construction team based in Central London. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering projects and driving commercial performance.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired.
Please note that we’re unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team, ensuring business targets and KPIs exceed expectations.
- Prepare monthly cost/value reports and review results with other team members, considering trends and performance.
- Produce commercial reports and review results with other team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary requirements.
- Perform physical measurement of works and reach agreement with client and subcontractors to ensure accurate records and efficient processing.
- Approve subcontractor certification and payment, monitoring accounts against forecasts to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
Requirements
- Possess a full UK driving license.
- Hold a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Have experience in a similar Quantity Surveyor role.
- Demonstrate confident IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
