We have exciting opportunity for technically savvy individual to join our newly build Inside Sales Centre of Excellence in a heart of London.

This role will require knowledge of French language and 5 days a week attendance to our London office.

Working along side Inside Sales Account Managers, you will play a key role in developing the technology strategy and solutions for the accounts assigned to the Inside Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical expertise on a wide range of products and support defining the integration within the customer's technical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Develop and deliver technical onboarding for the new members of the Inside Sales team.
  • Provide technical updates to the team
  • Stay connected with the Sales Engineers across EMEA.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in French and English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience from sales environment is a plus.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to office 5 days a week
