We’re looking for a Head of Marketing  to join our   Team!

The Opportunity

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing strategy and execution, focusing on driving lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness. You will be directly managing a marketing budget and lead the development and implementation of all marketing strategies, including inbound and outbound marketing, tradeshows, and partnerships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize ROI on all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience from an agency background, with a proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets and delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels.

Your Mission

Strategy Development & Execution:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer retention.
• Lead the development of marketing plans and campaigns for Inbound and Outbound marketing, ensuring alignment with company objectives and audience needs.
• Own the strategy and execution of Tradeshows and Industry events, ensuring maximum visibility and lead generation.
• Identify and cultivate strategic Partnerships to enhance brand positioning and reach new audiences.

Budget Management & Optimization:

• Manage a marketing budget, ensuring that all spend is tracked, optimized, and aligned with overall company objectives.
• Continuously evaluate campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and reallocating funds as necessary to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to develop KPI’s and test marketing initiatives that drive leads and revenue
• Work with outsourced agencies when necessary

Inbound & Outbound Marketing:

• Drive inbound marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising to drive new business opportunities.
• Oversee outbound strategies such as direct mail and cold outreach.

Measurement & Reporting:

• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.
• Present marketing performance insights to senior leadership, including ROI, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition metrics.

What will you bring to Tech Alchemy?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, specifically with an agency background.

• Proven experience managing large marketing budgets ($1-2 million) and driving results.

• Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (inbound, outbound, tradeshows, partnerships).

• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.

• Experience in working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse marketing team.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
