Principal Data Scientist
Purpose:
Lead the intelligence behind the agentic connector — optimisation, reasoning, simulation, robust mapping logic, and evaluation.
What they do:
- Architect the agentic logic that auto?discovers APIs and infers mappings.
- Build models, heuristics, or simulation frameworks to validate and rank mapping options.
- Lead experimentation and feasibility work around autonomous API exploration.
- Support the team in creating evaluation frameworks for accuracy, drift, and reliability.
- Mentor the mid?level DS.
Skills:
- Senior-level DS with strong experience in agentic systems, reasoning frameworks, or search/optimization.
- Experience with Python and modern LLM tooling.
- Strong autonomy: able to design and test approaches without heavy structure.
- Ability to rapidly iterate toward practical solutions.
