Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging computer science lessons to students in accordance with the school's curriculum
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking
• Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of assessment methods, providing feedback and guidance as necessary
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of computer science, integrating new technologies into your teaching

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong knowledge of computer programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience teaching computer science at the secondary level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs
• Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum requirements and examination specifications in computer science
