3D Animator (Chinese Speaking Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented 3D Animator with fluency in Chinese to join our creative team in the dynamic iGaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations for casino games, slots, and interactive content. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver visually engaging animations that enhance user experience and gameplay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and animate 3D characters, objects, and environments for casino games, slots, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with art directors and game designers to ensure animations align with game concepts and themes.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance across multiple platforms (desktop and mobile).
• Implement feedback quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Work with development teams to integrate animations into the game engine.
• Localize animation content to suit Chinese-speaking markets and cultural preferences.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, animation techniques, and technologies relevant to iGaming.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator in the gaming, iGaming, or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency with 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, movement).
• Experience with casino/slot game animation is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of rendering pipelines, rigging, and character animation workflows.
• Familiarity with Unity or other game engines is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) with strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing 3D animation work required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in graphic design or visual effects for iGaming.
• Experience in creating particle effects and UI animations.
• Understanding of Chinese gaming culture and market trends.
