The Role

As part of the Fifth Floor team, you will help shape the experience of one of London’s most stylish dining destinations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering attentive, seamless service with confidence, professionalism, and genuine warmth

• Bringing the menu to life through the art of storytelling — sharing the inspiration, ingredients, and character behind each dish

• Guiding guests through their dining journey, offering thoughtful recommendations and creating a sense of occasion

• Anticipating guest needs to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and personalised service

• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience

• Contributing to a vibrant, social atmosphere where hospitality feels natural, engaging, and memorable

What We’re Looking For

You are an experienced waiter who combines strong service skills with personality, presence, and attention to detail.

• Confidence describing menus and making recommendations

• A natural ability to engage guests and build rapport
