The Role
 We
are seeking a passionate and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Resources
team. You will be a key driver of Blue Education's talent acquisition strategy,
responsible for strategically sourcing and identifying top talent for our
critical roles, and collectively driving the company's sustained growth and
success. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, and providing timely candidate feedback.
- Work closely with department heads to deeply understand hiring needs and provide professional recruitment advice and guidance, including market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategy recommendations.
- Ensure the recruitment process is efficient and smooth, delivering a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
2. Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
- Develop and execute multi-channel talent sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, campus recruiting, and referral programs) to build a high-quality and diverse talent pipeline.
- Proactively search for and engage passive candidates, showcasing Blue's mission and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain a long-term industry talent pool to support the evolving talent needs of the business.
3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
- As the first point of contact for candidates with Blue, you will represent our employer brand and culture.
- Ensure every candidate feels respected and valued through professional communication and care.
- Participate in and organize employer branding campaigns to enhance Blue's attractiveness in the talent market.
4. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
- Track and analyse recruitment data (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate), and regularly submit recruitment reports.
- Continuously optimize recruitment strategies and processes based on data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of talent recruitment experience in the UK market. Must have professional experience from a headhunting firm or within an in-house recruitment team focused on proactive sourcing. Campus recruitment experience is preferred.
- Proficient in various recruitment channels and tools; skilled in using platforms like LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
- Proficient in using recruitment systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, TeamTailor, etc.
- Possessing or working towards a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Level 3 or 5 qualification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with both internal colleagues and external candidates.
- Exceptional multitasking ability and detail-oriented, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
