EA to CEO/Office Administrator - Specialist Management Consultancy

We’re looking for a confident EA to CEO & Office Administrator to join a dynamic management consultancy in City of London on an initial 2–3 month temporary basis. The role is coming in at an exciting time for the business as they consider the longer-term structure of their Operations team. For the right person, there is a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

Working closely with the CEO, this is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in everything. The split will be approximately 60–70% EA support and 30–40% office/operations administration.

The role will include:

• Managing the CEO’s busy diary, meetings, travel and general administration
• Preparing meeting materials, reports and briefing documents
• Supporting the wider leadership team with meetings, agendas and follow-ups
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing the London office, including visitors, meeting rooms, supplies and facilities
• Liaising with suppliers and building management
• Supporting HR and Operations with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
• Getting involved wherever needed across the business

We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with senior leadership. You’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to manage changing priorities and have the resilience to work with a demanding, high-energy CEO.

Professional services experience would be ideal, particularly from a corporate environment such as finance, legal or consultancy. Most importantly, this is a role for someone with the right attitude: happy to muck in, wear lots of hats and build strong relationships across a growing business.

Ideally to start next Monday, so candidate must be available immediately.
