Behaviour Mentors - Secondary Schools - Islington?? Location: Islington, North London?? Full-Time | Term-Time Only?? £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)
Secondary schools across Islington are seeking Behaviour Mentors to work with students who need additional support in managing their behaviour and re-engaging with learning.
This is a high-impact role for those who have experience working with teenagers and want to help create positive change in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:* Building positive relationships with students across KS3 and KS4* Providing 1:1 mentoring and behaviour coaching* Supporting staff with behaviour management strategies* Promoting positive routines, boundaries and attitudes to learning
Who Should Apply:* Experience in youth work, mentoring, sports coaching or education* Confident, calm, and resilient under pressure* Able to build rapport quickly and maintain professional boundaries* Committed to helping young people achieve their potential
