Position : Accounting Assistant

Department : Administration 

� About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join  RIU Plaza London Victoria  as a  Accounting Assistant . In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and financial tasks. This role supports the Administration Department in ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of basic accounting principles.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Be the key contact for your suppliers and key contacts within the business, establishing great relationships through clear communication
• Process purchase orders and inventory, process invoices, match purchase orders to invoices, ensure proper approvals, filling purchasing and payables docs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, related to payables, customs duties requirements, new suppliers required supporting docs
• Be responsible for clearing down the Goods Received Not Invoiced under your remit

** Spanish-speaking ability preferred to support communication with a broad customer base**
