Differentis is looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients to support a change programme by ensuring effective people side change , with a focus on engagement, communication, and adoption .
Responsibilities
Support stakeholder engagement and alignment across the programme
Deliver and manage programme communications
Support training and business readiness activities
Assist with change impact and adoption activities
Work closely with delivery teams to embed change into rollout
Drive user engagement, awareness, and adoption of new ways of working
