OverviewWe are looking to recruit a PA to provide support to Senior Executives within our Cyber division in London on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract!
The successful candidate will be an integral part of a fast-paced team, taking on responsibilities related to administration, organisation, problem-solving, and providing assistance as the need arises.
Engaging regularly with our customers and team members is a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate will be someone who is diligent, organised and proactive in providing day-to-day support. This role is based in London and hybrid.

How you'll make an impact- Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to Senior Executives
- Diary management and meetings scheduling in MS Outlook
- Arranging business travel including international visas
- Completing expense claims
- Extensive liaison with clients and senior Gallagher Re Executives
- Formatting MS Word documents and crafting PowerPoint presentations
- Booking meeting rooms and catering
- Event management (as and when required)
- Extensive itinerary planning for trips and conferences
- Experience of working within a PA/EA role supporting Senior Executives is crucial
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows applications and Office.
- Capable of working to agreed timeframes and great at coordinating and prioritising workloads
- Strong English language; Effective interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Eligible to work in the UK
