The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Slipform and Reinforced Concrete Frame construction to join a growing specialist contractor delivering major projects across London.

As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre–construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to manage all aspects of project delivery, with a particular focus on Slipform and RC Frame works .

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery of Slipform and RC Frame projects.
• Manage projects from pre–construction through to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers and project stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Oversee temporary works, logistics, sequencing and construction methodology.
• Monitor progress and identify potential programme delays and delivery risks.
• Ensure all health, safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Lead regular progress meetings and provide clear project reporting.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes and project documentation.
• Work closely with the commercial team to manage change, valuations and final accounts.
• Plan and procure labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Drive quality, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are completed and handed over to the required standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within reinforced concrete construction .
• Strong experience delivering Slipform and/or RC Frame projects .
• Experience working on major construction projects in London.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and temporary works.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, variations and costs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant HNC/HND or Degree is desirable.
• SMSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid at Work is desirable.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a driven and commercially aware Project Manager who understands the technical and operational requirements of Slipform and RC Frame construction.

You will be comfortable working in a fast–paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of project delivery from start to finish.
