Quantity Surveyor
Start: Before Christmas or January
Rate/Salary: Flexible DOE (temp to perm) A long-standing London main contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major £15m structural refurbishment in Piccadilly. The Project:
Complex refurbishment and extension including full strip-out, structural alterations, façade works, services to CAT A, new lifts, and a shell & core retail unit. PC runs to 2027. Role: Managing subcontractor packages Procurement, valuations, variations and cost reporting Supporting the Senior QS on structural, demo and façade packages Working closely with the on-site team to maintain commercial control Requirements: 2–5 years experience as a QS Refurb or structural experience beneficial CSCS card Strong communication and a positive, proactive attitude Offer: Temp to perm
