We create online and offline authentic connected live experiences to drive brand resonance and understanding for consumer focused lifestyle and entertainment brands.

This is a senior Project Director role, not a production or single project delivery position. The role is accountable for overseeing multiple complex experiential projects simultaneously, owning commercial performance including GP, forecasting, and pricing, and setting the standard for how projects are run across the agency. You will lead senior project teams, act as the escalation point for clients and delivery, and operate as a business partner to senior leadership beyond hands on execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Leadership
· Work closely with the Global Project & Production Director and Client Services Director to align delivery with business vision and client growth objectives
· Attend and contribute to business strategy meetings
· Input into wider business planning including marketing, training, insights, research, and social presence
· Support recruitment across the business where required
· Contribute to agency wide planning and long term capability development
Project & Programme Leadership
· Oversee multiple large scale projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency of delivery standards across all teams
· Maintain faultless project management standards across budgets, critical paths, status documents, and production schedules
· Create detailed and methodical budgets, project plans, and team structures independently
· Introduce streamlined documentation and ways of working where required
· Provide senior oversight and direction across junior and mid level team members’ projects
· Lead on pitch development including research, strategic narrative, team structures, contingency planning, and delivery frameworks
· Confidently lead client presentations, internal meetings, and creative pitches
· Act as escalation point for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
· Navigate complex conversations and commercial challenges with confidence alongside senior leadership
· Drive proactive problem solving and structured delegation across teams
Commercial & Account Ownership
· Maintain full visibility over the annual calendar of works and resource planning across relevant accounts
· Own pipeline forecasting and the broader financial picture for assigned accounts
· Oversee estimating, budgeting, reconciliations, and invoicing across the team
· Proactively manage GP performance across all projects ensuring targets are met
· Communicate account and financial performance clearly to senior leadership
· Act as senior point of contact for account briefings and strategic discussions
· Manage and maintain pillar client relationships with a focus on retention and growth
· Identify long term opportunities and initiate account development activity
· Contribute to new business plans and growth strategies alongside the Managing Director
Team Leadership & Development
· Lead and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Junior PMs, and Coordinators
· Support individual career development planning for direct reports
· Coordinate internal training and learning sessions
· Support recruitment in partnership with the Global Project & Production Director
· Ensure internal processes reflect agency culture and are consistently executed
· Contribute to succession planning and long term team growth
Key Skills and Experience Required
· Demonstrated experience in a senior Project Director or equivalent role within an experiential or brand experience agency
· Proven experience running large, complex projects with integrated project and production teams
· Experience managing projects valued in the millions
· Experience working within agencies of 30 plus employees
· Experience operating within high growth environments
· Experience delivering international projects
· Strong commercial acumen including GP ownership, forecasting, and pricing strategy
· Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
· Proven experience line managing and mentoring senior team members
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Personal Attributes
· Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline
· Commercially accountable and financially literate
