This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
As Studio Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in launching and shaping a premium wellness destination that blends fitness, therapy, hospitality and sensory wellbeing. Working closely with the founder, they will be responsible for creating operational excellence, building a high-performing team and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's elevated standards.

Launching with an initial prototype location in Central London, the business has ambitious plans for future expansion, including a flagship destination that will bring together wellness practitioners, fitness experiences, cultural programming and hospitality-inspired service under one roof.
The company is built on the principles of intentionality, integrity, innovation and community, and is seeking individuals who live and breathe these values and who are excited by the opportunity to help shape a category-defining brand from its earliest stages.
The Role:
The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the studio while establishing the systems, processes and culture required for long-term growth.
Acting as the operational heartbeat of the business, they will ensure the studio delivers a seamless guest experience, strong commercial performance and exceptional service standards from day one.
