Personal Assistant
What's the role about?
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Womenswear Director, Trading Director and senior leadership team across the Womenswear division.
This is a pivotal role, providing seamless day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations and allowing our leaders to focus on driving the business forward. From diary management and travel bookings to supporting budget processes and team organisation, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.
This role is office based, and the successful candidate will be required to work 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday.

- A confident and highly organised PA with experience supporting senior leaders
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion
- A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative
- A clear and confident communicator who builds strong working relationships with ease and always maintains professionalism
- Tech-savvy, with experience using email, diary, travel and expense systems
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy, with a commitment to confidentiality and reliability
What you'll be doing
- Diary management for Womenswear Director
- Travel booking for Womenswear senior leadership team with a focus on cost efficiency
- Expenses management for Womenswear senior leadership team
- Maintaining and updating the Womenswear calendar, tracking key events and meetings and co-ordinating availability where necessary
- Handling budget queries and reconciliations in collaboration with the Finance team
- Supporting office organisation, including the clearance and management of samples
- Acting as a key point of contact across the Womenswear leadership team, offering reliable, day-to-day support
