Primary Teacher

Aspire are working with an outstanding primary school in Tower Hamlets looking for a Primary Teacher to join in September.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and personal development.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing clear feedback and differentiated support as needed.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support student achievement and wellbeing.
* Uphold the school's values and contribute to its wider life, including assemblies, trips, and events.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* A deep understanding of primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* A reflective and proactive approach to professional development.
