Real Estate Solicitor
Central London | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary
We are working with a well-established boutique law firm in Central London that is looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor or junior associate to work on a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for a varied client base including investors, developers, businesses and private clients. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will be involved in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, and property finance. The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied commercial property caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Assisting on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions.
- Carrying out title investigations and due diligence.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other parties throughout transactions.
- Supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters where required.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with up to 2 years' PQE.
- Experience in commercial property, real estate or real estate finance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
