Contract Administrator

We're looking for a Contract Administrator to join our busy team in Uddingston, providing essential support that keeps our maintenance operations on track.What You'll Be DoingNo two days will be the same. You'll be at the heart of our contracts team, making sure everything flows seamlessly from start to finish:
- Preparing and issuing accurate maintenance reports.
- Coordinating and scheduling new and ongoing maintenance contracts.
- Managing asset records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
- Uploading and maintaining client portal information for easy access.
- Working closely with managers, sub-contractors, engineers, and clients throughout the full contract lifecycle.
- Keeping our internal systems updated with accurate data.
- Monitoring financial reports and ensuring timely invoicing and billing.
- Processing credit and re-bill requests, as well as handling monthly sales invoicing.
- Sharing feedback and recommendations with both colleagues and clients to keep improving the way we work. Previous admin experience, ideally in contracts or facilities management.
- Superb organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work.
- Strong attention to detail, you spot things others might miss.
- Confident IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Great communication, both written and verbal with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to keep learning. Competitive Salary: based on Skills and experience
