Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to primary and secondary students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and progress.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies based on the school curriculum and student needs.
• Assess students' language skills regularly and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and track student progress to ensure individual learning objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and behaviour.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish Education or related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience teaching Spanish to primary and/or secondary students.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, grammar, and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Familiarity with technology and its integration into language instruction.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed.
