An inclusive primary academy in Enfield is seeking a motivated Year 3 Teacher to join its team. The school is committed to helping pupils develop strong academic foundations, positive learning habits and confidence as they progress through Key Stage 2.
The Role
Class Teaching: Take responsibility for a Year 3 class and deliver well-planned lessons.
Curriculum: Teach English, mathematics, science and foundation subjects.
Differentiation: Adapt learning to support pupils with varying attainment levels.
Assessment: Use assessment information to inform planning and intervention.
Behaviour: Establish consistent routines and encourage positive participation.
Inclusion: Work with the SENDCo and support staff to meet individual needs.
Parent Partnership: Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
The Candidate
QTS.
Primary teaching experience.
Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge.
Excellent behaviour-management skills.
Able to differentiate effectively.
Collaborative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
