Key Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers during lessons and assisting with planning and delivery.
- Providing targeted one-to-one and small-group intervention sessions.
- Helping students build confidence, enhance subject knowledge, and develop effective study skills.
- Assisting with lesson preparation, resource creation, and general classroom organisation.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment that motivates and inspires students.
- Building supportive and professional relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
Candidate Requirements
We welcome applications from graduates with degrees in Maths, Science, English, Humanities, or related subjects . Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
