Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and inclusive English lessons to students according to the curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing timely feedback and support to help students improve.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement various educational activities and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Identify and address individual learning needs, providing additional support and resources when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and discuss any concerns.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
• Qualified teacher status or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience teaching English to primary/secondary students.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
