What we’re looking for

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Group Treasury Manager to lead and enhance our global treasury operations. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a central role in managing financial risk, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of our growing international business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional looking to advance their career in a respected, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and work closely with senior leadership across the business.

What will you be doing

  • Manage and mitigate FX and interest rate exposure through effective hedging strategies;
  • Assess and communicate to senior leadership risk/return trade-offs for hedging strategies and currency trades;
  • Manage the Group’s long-term USD debt programme and liaise with our lenders when necessary;
  • Support the quarterly and annual reporting to lenders;
  • Develop and maintain group cash flow forecasts, including scenario modelling;
  • Monitor global cash positions to ensure operational liquidity;
  • Invest surplus funds in line with the Group’s investment strategy;
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with financial institutions and service providers;
  • Lead the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with the Group Tax Manager on tax implications of treasury activities;
  • Support the Financial Control team with treasury-related accounting entries

Skills and Experience

  • ACT qualified or holding a relevant finance qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a global treasury environment, with a strong track record in managing lenders and executing investment and hedging strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash flow forecasting and financial modelling.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a collaborative mindset.
