YOUR OPPORTUNITY

This high-impact, globally visible role sits at the heart of GTR, shaping performance management and optimising marketing investment to drive commercial outcomes.

In this role you will partner with Central Marketing, using performance analysis and insight to support brand, investment and P&L decisions.

You will drive visibility and performance of brand investments across GTR, ensuring A&P spend supports our Big Bets and Best10 ambition.

You will also lead Central Marketing A&P finance and transactional governance across GTR regions, ensuring strong control, consistency and transparency while Regional Finance Leads retain local ownership. As strategic performance partner to the GTR Finance Director and senior leadership, you will turn financial and commercial insight into decisions that drive sustainable growth, profit and cash.

You will also support regional planning and performance management, shape resource allocation, lead strategic and transformation projects, and influence Finance, Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders across an international matrix.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CENTRAL MARKETING A&P LEADERSHIP & GLOBAL GOVERNANCE

  • Support Central Marketing A&P finance in GTR, while coordinating transactional A&P governance across regions with Regional Finance teams.
  • Support end-to-end Central Marketing A&P planning, tracking and performance management, helping ensure spend is optimised against strategic priorities.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent global A&P governance framework for budgeting, forecasting, tracking and reporting, in close partnership with Regional Finance Leads.
  • Help strengthen financial discipline and accountability across regions, providing constructive challenge to support ROI and value creation.
  • Ensure A&P spend is accurate, compliant and aligned with Bacardi policies, including correct coding and accruals.

MARKETING & BRAND DECISION SUPPORT

  • Partner with the Global Marketing Director and Regional Marketing teams to shape brand strategies and optimise resource allocation.
  • Provide forward-looking insights on A&P effectiveness, linking investment decisions to commercial outcomes.
  • Support the Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) agenda across GTR, helping embed a data-driven approach to marketing effectiveness.
  • Help shape marketing plans by providing financial insight on the balance between brand building and commercial delivery.
  • Support development and financial evaluation of innovation pipelines and brand initiatives.

ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & EXECUTIVE INSIGHT

  • Support the consolidated GTR performance management agenda, covering monthly results, forecasts, annual budget, Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) and longer-range financial plans.
  • Support landing reviews, business performance reviews and forecast discussions, challenging regional inputs and ensuring clear actions and accountability.
  • Translate performance across regions, customers, channels and brands into concise executive narratives that highlight the drivers of NSV, gross profit, EFO, cash and working capital.
  • Support GTR risk and opportunity management, using scenarios, sensitivities and external indicators to anticipate volatility and recommend timely interventions.
  • Prepare high-quality analysis and presentations for the GTR Leadership Team, AMEA & GTR Finance leadership and global stakeholders.

STRATEGY, PROJECT LEADERSHIP & TRANSFORMATION

  • Support high-impact, cross-functional projects with measurable commercial and financial outcomes, from problem definition and business case development through implementation and benefits tracking.
  • Support the GTR strategic and long-range agenda by combining internal performance, market dynamics, traveller trends, customer developments and competitor insight.
  • Support transformation activity, including process redesign, data and reporting improvements, and adoption of new planning and ERP capabilities such as SAP S/4HANA.
  • Simplify, standardise and automate planning and reporting while maintaining clear governance over milestones, investment, benefits and risks .

LEADERSHIP, GOVERNANCE & MATRIX INFLUENCE

  • Support the Finance Director in selected performance, planning and project forums when required.
  • Ensure consolidated plans, forecasts, reporting and investment decisions are accurate, consistent and transparent, partnering with Regional Finance, Global Performance Management and Bacardi Enterprise Services.
  • Contribute to a culture of ownership, constructive challenge, inclusion and continuous improvement, consistent with Bacardi’s 3Fs: Fearless, Family and Founder.

SKILLS

  • Experience and qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, performance management or strategy within an international matrix organisation. FMCG or consumer-sector experience and a recognised professional finance qualification are preferred.
  • Finance and commercial expertise: Strong command of P&L performance, forecasting, planning, risk and opportunity management, investment appraisal and scenario modelling, with the ability to connect results to market and customer drivers.
  • Strategic and project leadership: Ability to frame complex questions, convert ambiguity into clear recommendations and lead cross-functional initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
  • Stakeholder influence and communication: A track record of building trusted relationships, challenging constructively and communicating complex topics concisely to executive audiences across functions and geographies.
  • Systems: Advanced Excel and modelling capability; Power BI, TM1 or SAP experience is advantageous. Fluent English is required.
