 Up to £53,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We’re looking for a Workplace Facilities Manager who can blend operational excellence, financial acumen, and people-first thinking to deliver an outstanding environment for our colleagues and guests. What You’ll Be Doing
As our Facilities & Workplace Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless delivery of multiple facilities management service streams. Ensuring every touchpoint of our workplace enhances productivity, safety, and wellbeing. FM Services include: hard services, cleaning, front of house and office operations. You’ll take ownership of:
- Lead on all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and statutory compliance ensuring our workplace runs safely, smoothly, and sustainably.
- Champion impeccable standards and manage supplier performance to create a clean, healthy, and inspiring space every day.
- Deliver a five-star front-of-house service, you’ll make every interaction welcoming, professional, and memorable.
- Keep day-to-day office operations running effortlessly, from supplies and post to workplace logistics and coordination.
- Manage and monitor hard and soft FM, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Take full responsibility for managing FM budgets, forecasting costs, and driving value through smart financial planning and commercial awareness.
- Inspire and develop your team while building trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and legislation.
-  Bring proven experience in multi-stream FM management within a corporate or complex environment. 
-  Are confident in leading hard and soft service contracts, driving performance through partnerships and accountability. 
-  Understand compliance, H&S obligations, and statutory requirements particularly within hard services. 
-  Have a sharp eye for financials, managing budgets, forecasting, and identifying efficiencies without compromising quality.
