Are you a transformative leader with a passion for organisational development and change? Our client, a forward-thinking organisation in the Human Resources and Organisational Development sector, is seeking an exceptional Head of Organisational Development and Change to join their team.

About the Role:

As a key member of the HR/OD leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead vital functions during a period of significant transformation. Reporting directly to the Director of Workforce Change, your role will involve:

Overseeing HR Advisory services, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion.
Supporting the review and re-design of HR/OD based on recent LGA Peer Review recommendations.
Driving change, ensuring equality and diversity are embedded in all HR practises. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver creative and innovative approaches to organisational development and change management.
Provide strategic support in reshaping the HR Target Operating Model (TOM).
Offer complex HR advice on workforce planning, organisational design, and compliance with best practises.
Cultivate strong relationships with Trade Unions and engage in employee advisory services.
Lead HR Business Partners through significant restructuring processes, ensuring alignment with council objectives.
Ensure that equality, diversity, and inclusion are central to all people management processes.
