About the Internship

Join our Operations team, where you’ll get hands-on experience across multiple areas, including Collections, Customer Support and Risk. This internship will focus on supporting our Collections function , ensuring timely repayments and communication with the buyers.

You’ll contribute to improving collection workflow, using automation where possible, and supporting a seamless buyer experience across different markets. This is a great opportunity if you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn how operations drive success in a fintech environment.

Please note: This is a full-time internship for an initial period of 3 months , with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help manage buyer outreach and respond to collection-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Track key metrics and contribute to reporting on collections performance.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to support effective debt recovery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• You’re currently an undergraduate or graduate student (at least one year into your degree).
• You’re fluent in French (native-level proficiency) and have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• You’re customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service.
• You’re a problem-solver with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• You have a strong work ethic and a thirst for learning.
• You can quickly adapt to new software, tools, and technical environments.
