Role Overview

We are now looking for a proven sales performer who thrives on winning new business, building meaningful client relationships, and generating significant revenue growth. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, self-sufficient salesperson to make a genuine impact within a growing technology and connectivity business.

This is a 360 sales role where you will take the prospect through the whole sales journey - from generating interest all the way through to closing. You will be responsible for selling the full product portfolio ranging from Direct Internet, Managed Services and Cybersecurity services, giving you the opportunity to sell against a wide range of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation, close, and handover, taking complete responsibility for revenue generation within your territory.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through strategic outbound activity, networking, referrals, social selling, and market-led prospecting.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and consistently driving deals to close.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospect challenges, business objectives, and market dynamics to deliver compelling, consultative sales solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and confidently manage objections to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and maximise deal value.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new revenue opportunities and strengthen your sales approach.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining strong sales discipline and CRM hygiene.

The Right Candidate

  • A proven new business hunter with a strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering revenue growth in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrable success selling within telecommunications, connectivity, managed services, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
  • A consultative sales professional who can uncover business challenges, articulate value, and position tailored solutions that drive measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Experienced in managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and account transition.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting capability, supported by disciplined CRM usage and a data-driven approach to sales performance.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, accountability, and a growth mindset are highly valued.
