Tax Senior - Global Mobility

TPF Recruitment are delighted to partner with a Top 10 accountancy firm in London to recruit a Global Mobility Tax Senior.

As a Global Mobility Tax Senior, you will play a key role in delivering first-class compliance and advisory services to multinational clients. You’ll be working closely with Managers and Directors on a broad range of UK and international tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of expatriate tax clients, ensuring timely compliance with UK tax obligations.
  
• Preparing and reviewing UK tax returns for internationally mobile employees.
  
• Advising on global mobility tax planning, including social security, residency, and double tax treaties.
  
• Supporting senior team members on advisory projects such as policy design, cost projections, and international assignments.
  
• Liaising directly with clients, building trusted relationships, and providing high-quality technical advice.
  
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members to support their development.
  

Requirements

• ACA/CTA/ATT qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in expatriate or employment tax.
  
• Background in a professional services firm (Big 4, Top 10, or mid-tier) with exposure to international mobility clients.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients.
  
• Proactive, ambitious, and eager to progress within a supportive practice environment.
