What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and execute high-profile M&A transactions, particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors
- Manage cross-border workstreams with autonomy, including due diligence and disclosure
- Act as lead associate on complex deals, including principal documentation
- Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years PQE (UK qualified) with a strong academic background
- Solid experience advising on English law M&A and/or private equity deals
- Confidence running workstreams with minimal supervision
- Commercial mindset with excellent communication and project management skills
