Key Responsibilities
Build strategic partnerships with leading Electrical Design and Consulting firms to support our growth and retention objectives within the UK market
Focus on securing product specifications for major projects across multiple industries, including Building, Renewables, Utilities, Data Centres, and Industrial Manufacturing
Evaluate the specific needs, behaviours, and pain points of key customer personas in targeted industries, including monitoring competitor actions and trends to ensure competitive advantage
Gather, review, and analyze competitor data to generate actionable insights that will enhance our market positioning and inform business strategy
Showcase our unique offering to potential clients through meetings, presentations, webinars, lunch and learns, and other engagement strategies, reinforcing the value we bring to the industry
Position our products and services effectively within the target market, emphasizing the specific value proposition tailored to each market segment. Execute a well-defined go-to-market plan to drive sales and awareness

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
First sales experience in Building, Renewables, Utilities, Datacentre & industrial manufacturing industries, with focus on electrical design
Knowledge of power quality, RCM, energy management, and network systems (including fieldbus systems)
Ability to write extensive technical proposals, tender processing and presentations
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Willingness to travel (~30-40%), supporting global clients and projects
