Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit an EMEA Performance Manager , to be responsible for driving the strategic and operational performance of one of our accounts, ensuring delivery excellence, continuous improvement and innovation. This role acts as the central point of truth for performance reporting and governance, fostering collaborative relationships with internal and client stakeholders to exceed contractual and strategic targets.
We’re looking for someone to be the ‘Go To’ person for all performance issues, ensuring the Key Account Director is appropriately and consistently briefed on all relevant matters; developing, tailoring and continuously improving the Systems, Data Sets and Measures that demonstrate the Account’s Operational Performance.
You will have responsibility of analysing data and information hierarchy and realise meaningful trends and forecasts to support the continuous development of the REFM provision, while ensuring the Asset Database accurately reflects the managed asset base. We’re looking for someone that is analytical with a pragmatic approach; someone capable of identifying key trends and key points that aid management decision making through the production of efficient and concise reports.
As an Apleona EMEA Performance Manager, we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years’ operational experience within a Facilities Management (FM) or Real Estate (RE) Environment
- Experience of formal and auditable Management Systems and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Have a sound understanding of Industrial Service Benchmarks in order to gauge service performance from an external perspective appropriateness
- Proven experience in Performance Management, Governance and PMO leadership within a complex service delivery environment
- Have an extensive understanding of empirical considerations with regards to the measurements of Service Delivery and Continuous Improvements within an operational environment
- Strong understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (Both Lead in and Lagging)
- Understanding and preferably have experience of Strategic derivation the models that may be employed (SWOT, P5F, BCG, BSC)
