This is an exciting opportunity to engage directly with clients, providing exceptional audit and account services while working alongside experienced partners in a supportive atmosphere.

About the Role:
This client-facing position offers an impressive balance of responsibilities, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to audit tasks and 20% to accounts. You will have the chance to lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while also preparing vital financial statements and tax computations.

Key Responsibilities:
Audit (80%):

Lead and manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and design effective audit strategies.
Prepare detailed audit reports and discuss key findings with clients and partners.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while providing proactive business advice.Accounts (20%):

Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and FRS 102.
Review financial statements, working papers, and disclosures for precision and accuracy.
Assist clients with various accounting queries and offer technical guidance.
Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies as necessary.
Prepare corporation tax computations and returns for clients.Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified, with successful completion of the Advanced Auditing exam.
Demonstrated strong audit experience within an accountancy practise.
Proficiency in preparing financial statements and a solid understanding of UK GAAP and FRS 102.
Experience with property clients is desirable but not essential.
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with CCH software, Caseware, myworkpaper (audit software), and Mercia is advantageous.Why Join Our Client?
